After spending a few days in Los Angeles, I drove down to San Diego/Encinitas/Solana Beach to stay with my friend, Courtney, and then my cousin, Liz for the rest of my SoCal Vacation.
I spent some time meeting Madewefll friends IRL (and not just on social media), exploring San Diego, shopping, learning how to boogie board/kayak, picked up trash on Solana Beach and made a day trip to Disneyland!
When my friend, AJ, invited me to his wedding in Los Angeles, I knew it was time for me to make another trip to the West Coast and Southern California. I spent the first few days of my week long trip in Downtown LA; in sort of shady hotel, but it was close to everything.
The wedding took place on that Saturday, September 12th and I spent the rest of my time, exploring the city, eating, meeting up with old friends and of course, doing touristy things.
